The UPA recognizes leaders in the organization and profession with annual awards for UPA service, for outstanding chapters and the President's Award
UPA's Legal Structure
UPA is a non-profit corporation, incorporated in the State of Texas, USA, and established under IRS regulations, Section 501(c)6.
Board of Directors
The UPA is governed by an elected Board of Directors. The board consists of ten members, each elected for a three year term.
The President, Vice-President, Secretary and Treasurer are elected by the board from among its members.
The Board of Directors meets monthly, either in person or by telephone conference.
UPA Office
The UPA office manages the day-to-day operations of the association, including membership, general inquiries, support for the board, chapters and other committees, and managing the UPA Store.
